▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A high-performance graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch mainly comprises 6 wt.% or less, preferably 0.05-1.5 wt.% graphene and polyvinyl alcohol. The particle size distribution (D90) index of the graphene material is controlled to 100 mu m or less. The particle size distribution (D10) index is controlled below 20 mu m. The D90 index is controlled to 20 times or less, preferably 5 times or less of the D10 index. The graphene material comprises a mixture of graphene, biomass graphene, graphene oxide and/or graphene derivatives. The graphene derivative comprises element-doped graphene. USE - High-performance graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch is used for producing film, water-absorbent resin, water-absorbing sponge, plastics, and graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol fiber (all claimed) for construction and transport applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene particles in the masterbatch are dispersed evenly, and are uniform in terms of particle size, and free of agglomerated particles. The graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch is prepared by a simple and easy method under mild operation conditions. The graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol fiber has improved tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break, toughness, resistance to hot water, and antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of high-performance graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch, which involves pretreating graphene aqueous solution to obtain a graphene aqueous solution, mixing and stirring the aqueous solution with the graded graphene to obtain a mixed solution, and drying the obtained solution; and (2) graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol fiber, which is obtained using the high-performance graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol masterbatch. The graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol fiber comprises less than 3 wt.%, preferably 0.05-1.5 wt.% graphene.
