NOVELTY - A graphene paste comprises 25-35 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 100-180 pts. wt. graphene, 50-60 pts. wt. metal powder, 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin powder,2-5 pts. wt. activator and 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant. The graphene slurry is prepared by (s1) pressing expandable graphite under the protection of vacuum, subjecting to microwave puffing treatment to obtain dry micro-nano graphite sheets, (s2) crushing micro-nano graphite sheets, soaking in the dispersion medium, adding ceramic powder, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain slurry, (s3) drying, crushing to obtain graphite micropowder with particle size of less than 5 mum, and (s4) mixing graphite micropowder with metal powder and epoxy resin powder, introducing atomized water, setting temperature to 300-350degrees Celsius, and homogenizing. USE - Graphene paste used for coating heat dissipation structure of electronic device.
