NOVELTY - Preparing composite nano-coating material involves using graphene nanosheet, soluble iron salt, soluble nickel salt and concentrated alkali as raw material, precipitating iron and nickel element on the surface of graphene nanosheet in the form of hydroxide by co-precipitation method, performing high-temperature sintering to obtain iron and nickel oxide, putting in concentrated alkali for hydroxylation modification to obtain surface hydroxylated iron-nickel oxide composite modified graphene, adding uniformly matrix resin, modified graphene, and carbon nanotubes into the solvent to disperse with specific composition, and adding a curing agent to obtain the composite nano-coating material for the chip, where the modified graphene accounts for more than 15 wt.% of the total mass percentage of each component in the coating material except the solvent. USE - Method for preparing composite nano-coating material used in chip, preferably, chip protection and heat dissipation coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite nano-coating material has good adhesive performance, scratch resistance and heat conducting performance.
