NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced three-dimensional printing aluminum base composite material comprises 0.15-0.52 wt.% graphene oxide and 99.48-99.85 wt.% aluminum. USE - Graphene-reinforced three-dimensional printing aluminum base composite material used in aviation industry, mechanical processing, biomedical engineering, and household consumption. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the aluminum base composite material which comprises preparing graphene oxide; adding pure aluminum powder at - 100 degrees C to - 10 degrees C and keeping for 2-5 hours; mixing aluminum powder and graphene using high energy ball mill to make granularity kept at 100-500 meshes; and introducing argon inert protection gas and bonding graphene coated aluminum powder interface; and adding mixed powder, filling and scraping, and selective laser powder sintering.
