▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing single-layer wrinkled graphene, involves (i) mixing graphene oxide dispersion solution with an alkaline solution, and heating to obtain oxidized graphene oxide alkaline dispersion solution (A), (ii) carrying out centrifugal separation on the dispersion solution (A), washing with clear water and re-dispersing the solid precipitate in a hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a mixed solution, (iii) heating and acidifying the mixed solution, cooling, carrying out centrifugal separation and washing with clear water, and dispersing centrifugal solids in water to obtain alkali-washed acidified wrinkled graphene oxide dispersion solution (B), and (iv) mixing the dispersion solution (B) with an acidic reducing agent and heating to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing single-layer wrinkled graphene for electromagnetic shielding materials, energy storage materials, or environmentally functional materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method single-layer wrinkled graphene, which is distributed in the form of a single layer, where the graphene nanosheets have an excellent fold structure, which effectively suppresses the stacking of graphene nanosheets, hence obtains more fluffy graphene powder with low density, and the wrinkled graphene powder is easier to filter out from the reduced dispersion, which solves the problem that graphene powder is difficult to separate in practical applications, and greatly improves the production and utilization of graphene.
