▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a conductive glass surface provided with a single-layer single crystal graphene film. The single-layered single-crystal graphene film is provided with a graphene thin channel. The graphene thin channel is connected with a tungsten telluride film to form a top gate and for forming graphene tungsten telluride/tungsten telluride heterogeneous structure with graphene telluride and tungsten telluride. USE - biological sensor graphene/telluride heterogeneous structure. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has uniform thickness, extremely high crystallization quality, ensures performance of the formed biological sensor based on FET, and has high physical adsorption capacity and sensitive electrical signal detection capability, so as to realize high-sensitivity detection of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and other biological molecules.
