▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/porous ceramic composite conductive material preparation method involves grinding ceramic powder into particle diameter size, adding bonding agent to the powder and grinding the powder after mixing uniformly. Filter cake is dried to obtain a sample. The mixture is dried to obtain a porous substrate. The porous substrate is annealed at high temperature to obtain the porous ceramic substrate. Chemical vapor deposition method is performed on the porous ceramic substrate to obtain graphene/porous ceramic composite conductive material. USE - Method for preparing a graphene/porous ceramic composite conductive material that is utilized in a photovoltaic field, an electric conduction field and heat dissipation field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing a graphene/porous ceramic composite conductive material with better conductive performance.
