NOVELTY - A high thermal stability iodine-doped graphene film comprises multilayer graphene microsheet with iodine dopant. The multilayer graphene microsheet is randomly stacked along their plane direction. The film has thermal stability at 500 degrees C. USE - High thermal stability iodine-doped graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The film forms compact structure, increases force between graphene microsheet and iodine dopant to increase steric hindrance of iodine dopant, and improves heat stability and arrangement structure of graphene and iodine dopant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high thermal stability iodine-doped graphene film comprising cleaning and drying substrate, dispersing graphene micro sheet in solvent, adding suspension stabilizer to obtain graphene microsheet dispersion, depositing in dried processed substrate, heating and drying, forming graphene microsheet film on substrate, depositing iodine solution, and heating and drying.
