NOVELTY - Graphene-nitrile rubber compound comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber latex, 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. alkali, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. graphite, 0.001-0.005 pts. wt. surface active agent, 0.10-0.30 pts. wt. de-foaming agent, 4.1-6 pts. wt. accessory ingredient and 200-250 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene-nitrile rubber compound for disposable graphene-nitrile rubber glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nitrile rubber compound has improved the breaking strength, breaking elongation of glove, glove life and bacteriostatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a disposable graphene-nitrile rubber glove comprises graphene-nitrile rubber compound; and (2) a method for preparing disposable graphene-nitrile rubber glove, which involves preparing raw material b yadding the alkali in the nitrile latex, butyronitrile latex to perform alkaline treatment; (3) adding accessory ingredient into the nitrile latex after the alkaline treatment; (4) grinding and adding graphene in nitrile latex, surface active agent and de-foaming agent to crosslinking; (5) drying dipped hand mold solidifying agent into crosslinking to obtain graphene-butyronitrile latex and using mold surface to form film; (6) curing crosslinking, rinsing, rolling and drying film; and (7) drying and leaching, performing chlorination treatment, rinsing and drying to obtain one-off graphite-nitrile rubber glove.
