NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dots fluorescence probe chemical preparing method involves taking perchloric acid in 100 mL round bottom flask in water bath groove, adding graphite, stirring, followed by heating, slowly adding water, sealing, heating, and adding hydrogen peroxide, cooling, centrifuging, removing upper layer clear liquid, subjecting formic acid solution to ultrasonic dispersion, drying to obtain oxidized graphene. Reduced graphene oxide is taken in polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle with solvent, sealed and performing column chromatography and eluting to obtain finished product.
