▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The polylactic acid dialysis membrane has a polylactic acid film, amine compounds containing catechol and carboxylated graphene oxide. The polylactic acid film is adhered with the catecholamine-containing compound. The carboxylated graphene oxide is connected to the catechol-containing amine compound through a hydrogen bond. The catechol-containing amine compound is provided as 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine. 8.1-40.8 psi g of the carboxylated graphene oxide is added per mm2 of the surface of the polylactic acid membrane. The hemolysis rate of the polylactic acid dialysis membrane is less than 5%. 8.1 to 10.2 psi g of the carboxylated graphene oxide is added to the surface of the polylactic acid membrane per mm2. The hemolysis rate of the polylactic acid dialysis membrane is less than 2%. USE - Polylactic acid dialysis membrane for dialyzer (claimed) for end stage renal disease (ESRD) patient. ADVANTAGE - The surface of the polylactic acid membrane is provided with amino groups and hydroxyl groups after the modification of polylactic acid membrane, which does not damage the molecular chain skeleton of the polylactic acid and maintains the strength of the dialysis membrane. The amino or hydroxyl groups on the surface of the modified polylactic acid film form hydrogen bonds with the carboxyl groups of the carboxylated graphene oxide to retain more carboxyl groups on the carboxylated graphene oxide. The hydrophilicity of the surface of the polylactic acid film is improved, the carboxylated graphene oxide is more evenly distributed on the polylactic acid film, and the blood compatibility is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparation of polylactic acid dialysis membrane.
