NOVELTY - Polymer gel composite plugging agent comprises 50 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt grafted chitosan, 5 pts. wt. layered silicate in which part of metal ions are replaced by hydrogen ions, 180 pts. wt. 5% sodium silicate aqueous solution, graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate is adsorbed in the conjugate zone of 5 %mass the sodium silicate aqueous solution, and sodium polyacrylate blend rubber with 12 %mass sodium silicate aqueous solution, where the sodium polyacrylate blend rubber is a homogeneous system, the rubber is ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, the quaternary ammonium salt is allyl dimethyl dehydroabietyl ammonium chloride, and the layered silicate is sepiolite. USE - As polymer gel composite plugging agent. ADVANTAGE - The polymer gel composite plugging agent has excellent plugging performance and lasting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the polymer gel composite plugging agent, comprising (a) (a1) mixing and dispersing layered silicate and a strong acid solution with a mass fraction of 5% at a mass ratio of 1:15, where the strong acid is nitric acid, under the conditions of temperature of 175 degrees C, pressure of 4 MPa, and stirring speed of 400 rpm, stirring the hydrothermal reaction at constant temperature for 4 hours, filtering, collecting the filter cake, and washing the filter cake with deionized water until the washing liquid is neutral, transferring the washed filter cake to an oven and drying to constant weight at a temperature of 108 degrees C to obtain a dry filter cake, transferring the dried filter cake to a tube furnace, heating and roasting for 2 hours at a temperature of 260 degrees C, cooling to room temperature with the furnace, and discharging the material to obtain layered silicate in which part of the metal ions are replaced by hydrogen ions, (b) (b1) pouring graphene oxide into the water at a weight ratio of 1:8, and adding sodium polystyrene sulfonate with 10% graphene oxide mass to the water, under the condition of ultrasonic frequency of 48kHz, after 20 minutes of ultrasonic dispersion, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate adsorbed in the conjugation zone, (b2) first, dispersing the layered silicate in which part of the metal ions are replaced by hydrogen ions in the sodium silicate aqueous solution, adding graphene oxide adsorbed with sodium polystyrene sulfonate in the conjugate zone and quaternary ammonium salt grafted chitosan, after shearing and dispersing, adding sodium polyacrylate to blend rubber, and after ball milling and mixing, leaving for defoaming to obtain the product.
