▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of montmorillonite-graphene composite powder comprises adsorbing organic dye into montmorillonite until fully-saturated, centrifuging, washing residue, and drying to obtain modified montmorillonite; and calcining modified montmorillonite at 600-700 degrees C for 2-4 hours under inert gas protection to obtain montmorillonite-graphene composite powder. The mass ratio of montmorillonite and organic dye is 1:(0.3-1). USE - Method for preparing montmorillonite-graphene composite powder used for preparing montmorillonite-graphene/epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder enhances tensile and impact strength of montmorillonite-graphene/epoxy resin composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of montmorillonite-graphene composite powder in preparing montmorillonite-graphite/epoxy resin composite material comprising dispersing obtained montmorillonite-graphene composite powder in solvent (i) to obtain a dispersion (i), adding silane coupling agent to dispersion (i), stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, filtering reaction mixture, washing residue, drying, and pulverizing to obtain organic modified montmorillonite-graphene composite powder; dispersing organic modified montmorillonite-graphene composite powder with ultrasonication in solvent (ii) to obtain dispersion (ii); preheating epoxy resin at 40-60 degrees C, adding dispersion (ii) to preheated epoxy resin, and stirring at 40-60 degrees C to obtain matrix; and removing solvent (ii) from matrix, adding curing agent and accelerator, stirring for 10-30 minutes, removing bubbles from mixture, pre-curing at 80-120 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and curing at 140-180 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain montmorillonite-graphite/epoxy resin composite material.
