▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for fabrication of an electrically conductive aligned nanofibrous scaffold, involves (a) dissolving chitosan and gelatin in a solvent mixture to obtain a chitosan-gelatin solution, (b) adding 2 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol to the chitosan-gelatin solution to obtain a first spinning solution, and adding 0.5wt.%/vol.% reduced graphene oxide to the first spinning solution to obtain a second spinning solution, (c) electrospinning the second spinning solution to obtain an electrospun nanofibers, and (d) crosslinking the electrospun nanofibers with glutaraldehyde vapors to obtain the electrically conductive aligned nanofibrous scaffold. USE - The process is useful for fabrication of an electrically conductive aligned nanofibrous scaffold. ADVANTAGE - The prepared scaffold is configured to have structurally stable and aligned nanofibers matching young modulus of a native nervous tissue.
