▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A stacked nitrogen-doped three-dimensional (3D) graphene comprises graphene containing nitrogen dopant. The graphene has stacked 3D appearance. USE - Stacked nitrogen-doped 3D graphene. ADVANTAGE - The stacked nitrogen-doped 3D graphene has simple and easy preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of stacked nitrogen-doped 3D graphene comprising: (A) adding 350 mg melamine, 1.5 ml of 37 wt.% formaldehyde, adding 15 ml of 10 mg/ml oxidized graphene aqueous solution, mixing and stirring, heating for 10 hours, centrifuging at 180 degrees C, washing and drying to obtain the stacked graphene oxide; and (B) putting the stacked graphene oxide into a tubular furnace, calcining under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, and cooling naturally to obtain the stacked nitrogen-doped 3D graphene.
