▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite magnesium hydroxide modified flame retardant for fire fighting where flame retardant is emulsion and comprises raw material 6-10g graphene, 290-320g magnesium hydroxide, 50-70g zinc borate, 4-6ml coupling agent, and 162-190g surfactant, the rest is water. USE - Graphene composite magnesium hydroxide modified flame retardant for fire fighting. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite magnesium hydroxide modified flame retardant disperses the magnesium hydroxide and the zinc borate coated by the coupling agent on the surface of graphene then stably disperses into an emulsion under the action of the surfactant, is more environmentally friendly and has better effects than the traditional flame retardants, has good stability and is insensitive to salt and can be effectively used to formulate water- based fire extinguishing agents or fire retardant coatings for fire fighting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene the fire retardant magnesium hydroxide for fire fighting which involves mixing the graphene, magnesium hydroxide, zinc borate and coupling agent to proportion and fully grinding to obtain the mixed material then mixing the grinded mixed material with the surface-active agent, adding water to obtain the mixed slurry, graphene the slurry, magnesium hydroxide, zinc boratee, the content of the coupling agent and surface-active agent is 6-10g/L, 290-320g/L 50-70g/L, 4-6 mL/L and 162-190g/L, stirring and raising the temperature to 70-80 degrees Celsius and keeping the temperature for at least 1 hour to obtain the emulsion product namely the graphene fire retardant.
