▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Corn stalk oil dirt adsorbent comprises 20-25 pts. wt. oxidized sodium alginate, 10-15 pts. wt. pre-treated fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 6-12 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 10-20 pts. wt. trimethylsilane, and 10-20 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide. USE - The adsorbent is useful for oil field. ADVANTAGE - The component has reasonable design. The method: is simple and increases the adsorption capacity of oil pollution. The adsorbent has excellent hydrophobic and lipophilic properties, high specific surface area, excellent oil retention performance, and a high practicality; and can be applied to a variety of working conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corn straw oily soil adsorbent for oil field comprising (1) preparing materials, (2) (a) taking corn stalks, cutting into small pieces of 2-4 cm, adding water to soak, soaking in nano silica emulsion, high-pressure steam blasting, high-speed stirring after blasting, allowing to stand, drying to obtain material A, taking toluene and ethanol, stirring, mixing, adding material A, extract in oil bath at 90-92 degrees C for 6-8 hours, wash with ethanol, drying at room temperature to obtain material B, taking sodium chlorite, glacial acetic acid, adjusting the pH, adding material B, water bath, reacting for 2-3 hours, where the water bath temperature is 90-92 degrees C, washing to neutrality, drying, adding in sodium hydroxide solution, and reacting at 88-90 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, washing to neutrality, and drying to obtain pretreated fiber, (3) taking zinc nitrate hexahydrate, dissolving in methanol, mixing and stirring, adding 2-methylimidazole in methanol, stirring, centrifuging, washing with methanol, and drying in vacuum to obtain material C, taking material C and N,N-dimethylformamide, mixing and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-5 minutes, adding polyacrylonitrile, stirring at room temperature, transferring the stirred material to an electrospinning syringe for spinning, vacuum drying to obtain spinning fiber, adding the spinning fiber in a muffle furnace, pre-oxidizing at 250-26 degrees C for 2-2.2 hours, increasing the temperature to 700-900 degrees C, and carbonizing under argon atmosphere to obtain modified carbon fiber, (4) taking sodium alginate, sodium periodate and ethylene glycol, and reacting to obtain oxidized sodium alginate, (5) providing oxidized sodium alginate and pretreated fiber, stirring and mixing, adding polyvinyl alcohol and modified carbon fiber in turn, continue to stirring, freezing at -10 degrees C for 12 hours, adding sulfuric acid, adjusting pH, adding calcium chloride, mixing and stirring, adding glutaraldehyde again, continue to stirring, and freezing at -20 degrees C to obtain a modified gel, and (6) providing the modified gel, adding in the trimethylsilane solution, soaking, taking out at room temperature, allowing to stand, adding in a vacuum drying cabinet, performing silanization at 70-80 degrees C for 2-2.2 hours, drying, placing in reduced graphene oxide, soaking, placing in an oven, and processing at 80-82 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours to obtain an adsorbent.
