▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene nano titanium dioxide complex finishing fabric catalyst comprises the catalyst supported on the cotton fiber by the graphite and nano titanium dioxide and having an appearance of gray fiber shape. USE - Used as graphene nano titanium dioxide complex finishing fabric catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, economical and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing catalyst comprising (a) pre-processing fabric by dipping fabric in an aqueous solution containing 2 g/l sodium carbonate and 2 g/l soap powder under stirring, stirring at 95 degrees C for 30 minutes, removing, washing fabric with distilled water for 5 times and drying, (b) preparing aqueous graphene oxide dispersion by taking 0.50 g oxidized graphene powder and 99.5 ml distilled water in a beaker, stirring by a magnetic stirrer for 10 minutes, ultrasonic processing for 15 minutes by a ultrasonic vibrator, dispersing oxidized graphene powder in water, to obtain brown-yellow aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, (c) graphene oxide fabric finishing by dipping 1 g fabric in 50 ml brown-yellow aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide for 20 minutes, treating the impregnated fabric with a rolling mill to remove excess water and maintaining a grub ratio of 75-80% and drying at 105 degrees C, to obtain oxidized graphene finishing fabric and repeating the above steps for number of times, to obtain different layers of graphene oxide finishing fabric, (d) reduction of graphene oxide by dipping 1 g graphene oxide finishing fabric in 50 ml aqueous solution of sodium hydrosulfite (8%), removing the fabric, stirring for 30 minutes at 95 degrees C, (e) washing the reduced graphene finished fabric with water at 70 degrees C for 3 times, washing with distilled water for 3 times and drying, to obtain graphene finishing fabric, (f) dipping 1 g graphene finishing fabric in 40 ml nano-titanium dioxide aqueous sol for 5 minutes, treating the impregnated fabric with a rolling mill to remove excess moisture and maintaining a grub rate of 75-80%, prebaking the fabric at 100 degrees C for 1.5 min and baking at 170 degrees C for 1.5 minutes.
