NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene electromagnetic shielding film comprises taking lithium fluoride and hydrochloric acid, stirring, adding titanium-aluminum carbide powder, stirring, centrifuging, washing, adding deionized water, dispersing, and centrifuging; mixing graphene and deionized water, taking poly(methyl methacrylate) microsphere dispersion, adding graphene dispersion, stirring, centrifuging, drying, taking two-dimensional titanium carbide dispersion and coated microspheres, stirring, adding Nafion solution, stirring, calcining, and cooling; taking silver nanowires, shielding fillers and ethanol, dispersing, taking glass template, applying dip coating, drying, taking polyethylene terephthalate base layer, coating with a polyvinyl alcohol solution, drying, attaching to the silver nanowire film, hot pressing, and transferring to polyvinyl alcohol layer; and taking polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene sulfonic acid and deionized water, stirring, applying to silver nanowire film, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene electromagnetic shielding film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent electromagnetic shielding effect, high transparency, and excellent silver nanowire stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene electromagnetic shielding film comprises: (A) taking lithium fluoride and hydrochloric acid, mixing and stirring until dissolved, adding titanium-aluminum carbide powder, mixing, stirring at 40-45degreesC for 40-50 hours, collecting the product by centrifugation, washing with deionized water until neutral, adding deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing in an ice-water bath, and centrifuging; (B) mixing graphene and deionized water, taking poly(methyl methacrylate) microsphere dispersion, adding graphene dispersion, stirring, centrifuging, vacuum drying, taking two-dimensional titanium carbide dispersion and the coated microspheres, mixing and stirring, adding Nafion solution, stirring, calcining at high temperature, and cooling; (C) taking silver nanowires, shielding fillers and ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dip coating solution, taking glass template with a preset pattern, applying dip coating solution on the surface of the glass template by pulling method, drying, taking polyethylene terephthalate base layer, coating with a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, vacuum drying, attaching to the silver nanowire film, hot pressing, and transferring the silver nanowire film to the surface of the polyvinyl alcohol layer; and (D) taking polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene sulfonic acid and deionized water, mixing and stirring, applying to the upper surface of the silver nanowire film, and vacuum drying.
