NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/metal-based composite contact based on tubular furnace heating, where the surface of the metal contact material is preset with a layer of carbon-containing powder, then using a tubular furnace, heating the metal contact material in the protection of argon gas to realize in-situ growing graphene, and cooling to obtain graphene/metal-based composite contact. The carbon-containing powder comprises natural graphite powder, highly oriented pyrolytic graphite powder or nickel-coated graphite powder. The silver alloy is silver oxide alloy, silver nickel alloy, silver carbon alloy, silver tungsten alloy or silver tungsten carbon alloy. The copper is red copper or copper alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/metal-based composite contact based on tubular furnace heating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the contact material arc ablation resistance, fusion welding resistance, mechanical performance, providing theoretical basis and experience guidance for upgrading and improving rail traffic and electric device.
