NOVELTY - The device (100) has an electromagnet (120) arranged near a graphene (110). A driving part (140) provides electric signal for producing a magnetic field. An induction voltage measurement part (160) measures an induced voltage induced with the magnetic field generated in the electromagnet in the graphene. A whole structural defect of the graphene is quantified based on the induced voltage induced in a whole quality valuation part (180) by a large size electromagnet. The structural defect of the graphene is quantified based on the induced voltage induced with the small size electromagnet. USE - Graphene quality evaluation device using an electromagnetic induction. ADVANTAGE - The device can evaluate quality by quantifying the structural defect of the grapheme by using the electromagnetic induction. The device contactlessly measures the structural defect of the graphene by using the electromagnetic induction, so that damage is not generated on the graphene in a quality evaluation of the graphene. The device uses the large size electromagnet and/or the small size electromagnet to quantify the whole structural defect of the graphene and/or the structural defect that is local so as to evaluate the quality. The device avoids affected by in the electrical characteristic change of the grapheme, and can measure only the structural defect of the graphene.
