▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Palladium/graphene catalyst comprises 70-88 wt.% carbon, 10-25 wt.% oxygen and 1-10 wt.% palladium and the catalyst carrier in the graphene sheet layer is 1-3 layers. USE - The palladium/graphene catalyst is useful for dehydrogenation of dodecylethylcarbazide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The palladium/graphene catalyst has small particle size and uniform distribution; overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional preparation method with large particle size and uneven distribution of active metal without adding dispersant and surfactant; has high catalytic performance; and shortens the reaction time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing palladium/graphene catalyst comprising (i) preparing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid comprising (a) preparing graphite oxide, filtering the product and washing with distilled water until pH is 3-7, to obtain graphite oxide gel and drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, (b) adding the dried product to a ball mill containing coolant, pre-stripping with a ball mill for 4 hours at a rate of 300-1600 revolutions/minute, (c) placing 0.5 g graphite oxide powder into a conical flask, adding 50 ml distilled water, stirring for 2 hours to mix evenly, placing the conical flask in a ultrasonic cleaner at 75-200 w for 1 hour and low-power pre-stripping oxidized graphite sheet, ultrasonically crushing in a 400-1000 w cell disruptor for 1 hour and high-power stripping oxidized graphite sheet, to obtain an graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) (a) adding palladium chloride and oxidized graphite powder to the graphene oxide dispersion and stirring the solution for 12 hours, (b) adding the stirred solution to a 500 ml three-necked flask, adding 250-350 ml ethylene glycol and reacting at 100-130 degrees C for 3-24 hours through argon gas protection, (c) filtering the reacted solution, washing with absolute ethanol until no chlorine ion is detected, drying the filter cake in a vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 12 hours and grinding.
