NOVELTY - A graphene loaded palladium nickel plastic material preparing method involves utilizing electrochemical reduction of hydrogen peroxide catalyst, adhering surface resistance double faced adhesive tape to one side of plastic surface, coating graphene on another side of the double-sided adhesive tape, and pressing. The resultant plastic is placed in solution of nickel chloride and ammonium chloride, and water, and first activated, followed by electro-depositing nickel to obtain graphene nickel loaded plastic substrate. The obtained substrate is placed in palladium chloride solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene loaded palladium nickel plastic material that is utilized in cathode of fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene loaded palladium nickel plastic material with improved fuel cell cathode activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene loaded palladium nickel plastic material preparing method involves utilizing electrochemical reduction of hydrogen peroxide catalyst, adhering surface resistance double faced adhesive tape to one side of plastic surface, coating graphene on another side of the double-sided adhesive tape, and pressing under pressure of 6-10 MPa. The resultant plastic is placed in solution of nickel chloride and ammonium chloride, and water, and first activated under voltage of 1.0 V for 5 minutes, followed by electro-depositing nickel at -1 V for 1-1.5 hours to obtain graphene nickel loaded plastic substrate. The obtained substrate is placed in 1 mmol.ml-1 palladium chloride solution for 3-5 minutes.
