▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based core-shell structured silicon-carbon composite material comprises 35-70 wt.% silicon powder, 20-25 wt.% graphene, and 5-25 wt.% non graphitized carbon. The core shell structure comprises an inner layer comprising a graphite core loaded with silicon powder, and an outer layer formed by non-graphitized carbon. USE - A graphene-based core-shell structured silicon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has wide source of raw materials, is inexpensive, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-based core-shell structured silicon-carbon composite material, comprising: (A) crushing aqueous graphene solution, adding silicon powder, crushing using cell disruptor, ultrasonically dispersing, spray-drying to obtain a non-graphitized carbon precursor aqueous solution, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; (B) carrying out hydrothermal reaction, filtering, repeatedly extracting with water and filtering until the solution is clear and transparent; and (C) subjecting the filtrate to high temperature carbonization in a non-oxidizing gas, and sieving.
