▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium titanate-graphene composite cathode material involves adding tetrabutyl titanate into isopropanol, stirring and dissolving to obtain concentration of 10-15 wt.% tetrabutyl titanate solution, dispersing the oxidized graphene into de-ionized water ultrasonically for 30-60 minutes to obtain 2-5 wt.% oxidized graphene solution, mixing the carbon nano tube and carbon coated vulcanized cobalt nanometre material into de-ionized water, treating ultrasonically for 3-5 hours to obtain the 5-10 wt.% dispersion, adding tetrabutyl titanate solution into graphene oxide solution, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2-3 hours, then adding 3-5 wt.% acetate ethanol solution, stirring them uniformly, adding into the polytetrafluoroethylene lining in the stainless steel high pressure reaction kettle, reacting for 15-20 hours at 100-150 degrees C, cooling naturally, washing, centrifuging, and vacuum drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing lithium titanate-graphene composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables in preparing lithium titanate-graphene composite cathode material, which has long service life, and is easy for industrial production.
