▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene, comprises: (a) dispersing 0.05 mg/ml of graphene oxide into 0.5 mg/ml of water; (b) selecting sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) as activated culture liquid, and culturing; (c) sterilizing the sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) activated culture medium using high pressure steam; (d) mixing the above solutions, sealing the mixture for avoiding air contamination, and culturing the mixture into a culture box at 37 degrees C for 5-7 days; and (e) filtering the cultured mixture, and repeatedly washing the filtrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene improves detection sensitivity, and limits an electrochemical sensor and catalysis, and is simple to prepare, safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly.
