NOVELTY - Modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe comprises a modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene inner tube and a PTFE outer wall, and the preparation method of the modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene inner tube, involves (a) dispersing silane coupling agent in mixed solution of ethanol and water to hydrolyze, (b) adding chalky soil to mixed solution, heating to reflux, filtering, and washing, (c) vacuum drying to obtain the modified chalky soil grafted with coupling agent, (d) mixing 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and coupling agent grafted modified chalk, (e) cooling, (f) removing 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene in the solid mixture to obtain modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, (g) taking modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polyethylene wax to mix and grind, and mixing evenly, and (h) extruding. USE - As modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has excellent performance, solves the problems of easy creep and low compressive strength, and greatly expands the application range of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipeline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe comprises a modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene inner tube and a PTFE outer wall, and the preparation method of the modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene inner tube, involves (a) dispersing 50-90 pts. wt. silane coupling agent in a mixed solution of ethanol and water to hydrolyze for 4 hours, and the mass ratio of ethanol to water is 9:1, (b) adding 10-15 pts. wt. chalky soil to 200 pts. wt. mixed solution, heating to reflux for 24 hours at a temperature of 70-90 degrees C, filtering at room temperature, and washing with ethanol, (c) vacuum drying at 90 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain the modified chalky soil grafted with coupling agent, (d) mixing 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and coupling agent grafted modified chalk in sequence to obtain a suspension, (e) cooling to room temperature to obtain a solid mixture, (f) removing 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene in the solid mixture to obtain modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, (g) taking modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polyethylene wax to mix and grind, and mixing evenly, and (h) putting it into the screw extruder and extruding it through a pipe die, where the temperature of the extruder barrel is 150-200 degrees C, the temperature of the die is 200-250 degrees C, and the temperature of the cooling and shaping section of the die and the core rod is 60-100 degrees C, the screw speed of the extruder is 20-30 rpm, and the inner tube.
