▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silver triangular ring nanoparticle array/single layer graphene film composite material comprises (1) CVD growing of single-layer graphene film on copper foil; (2) preparing a single-layer PS ball colloidal film on a glass slide; (3) transferring the single-layer PS ball colloidal film to copper foil on which the graphene film is grown, obtaining single-layer PS ball template/graphene film/copper foil; (4) using thermal evaporation to deposit silver on the single-layer PS spherical template/graphene film/copper foil, rotating sample at constant speed during the deposition process; and (5) removing the PS ball template after depositing silver, obtaining silver triangle ring nanoparticle array/single layer graphene film composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver triangular ring nanoparticle array/single layer graphene film composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: can controls the growth of silver nano-ring particle arrays on single-layer graphene, combines the respective advantages of silver nano-ring array and single-layer graphene and the synergy of two; is synthesized in situ on copper foil on which graphene is grown; and can avoids the damage of graphene and ensures its integrity and cleanliness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silver triangular ring nanoparticle array/single layer graphene film composite material is prepared by above mentioned method.
