NOVELTY - Preparing high-wear-resistant high-chromium graphene roll skin, comprises (1) adding 60-75 pts. wt. resin, 20-35 pts. wt. chromium, 12-18 pts. wt. graphene, 8-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. glidant and 1- 3 pts. wt. additives into the inner cavity of the mixing tank for premixing and stirring to form a premixed mixture, (2) melt extruding the premixed mixture and tableting to form a semi-finished product, and processing the semi-finished product by cooling, slicing, grinding and sieving, and separating the finished product, (3) performing iron-based phosphating pretreatment on the surface of the high temperature resistant roller skin, and (4) loading the finished product into the inner cavity of the sandblasting machine, and spraying the surface of the roller skin that has been pretreated by the sandblasting machine. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-wear-resistant high-chromium graphene roll skin. ADVANTAGE - The preparation-abrasion degree can weaken the secondary price of the polymer molecule, reduces the crystallinity polymer the molecular chain, so as to reduce the target of the soften melting, so that the baking temperature of the powder, reduce the difficulty of the construction time can reach the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
