NOVELTY - Oil-resistant vibration-damping rubber comprises 30-40 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - The rubber is useful for transformer vibration and noise reduction (claimed) and damping and noise reduction of transformer body. ADVANTAGE - The rubber has good oil resistance, wide damping temperature range and damping coefficient more than 0.3, and effectively reduces the vibration of the iron core of the substation equipment, and absorbs vibration energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the oil-resistant vibration-damping rubber, comprising first mixing the polyvinyl chloride to obtain master batch, adding nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber and graphene oxide in sequence and performing second mixing to obtain blended rubber material, forming and vulcanizing the blended rubber.
