▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A homoepitaxial tunnel barrier transport device with hydrogenated graphene-on-graphene comprises a substrate, a monolayer graphene film having encapsulated edges formed by deep-UV lithography and a methyl methacrylate/poly(methyl methacrylate) mask and sputter-depositing silicon nitride with size of 10 nm, and a chemically modified monolayer graphene film. The chemically modified monolayer graphene film is a hydrogenated monolayer graphene film. USE - Homoepitaxial tunnel barrier transport device with hydrogenated graphene-on-graphene. ADVANTAGE - The thin homoepitaxial tunnel barrier transport device with hydrogenated graphene-on-graphene has improved spintronic properties, flexibility, layer uniformity and interface stability, and can be economically manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for homoepitaxial tunnel barrier with hydrogenated graphene-on-graphene, which is formed using methane, copper foil, acetone and isopropanol.
