NOVELTY - The method involves removing oil and water and drying to obtain a cleaning surface. An insulating layer is sprayed at a side of a rigid plate with a rough hole structure. Aqueous conductive slurry is sprayed on a surface of the insulating layer to form an electric heating film. The aqueous conductive slurry is included with aqueous epoxy resin, curing agent, graphene, space steric hindrance dispersant and water. The epoxy resin and the graphene of the insulating layer are uniformly dispersed in space steric hindrance dispersing agent in spraying process. An electric heating film is electrically connected with an electrode to form an electric heating element. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene electric heating film attached to a rigid plane for electric heating function. ADVANTAGE - The method enables uniformly coating aqueous conductive paste containing graphene on the surface of a stainless steel plate so as to improve construction convenience of a stainless steel plates electric heating film, thus improving electric heating element stability and uniform service life. The method enables using mild drying to ensure compactness of an obtained film layer to improve obtained product safety-performance and aesthetic appearance.
