▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Simultaneously detecting two odor substances based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate comprises synthesizing gold-silver nanoparticles (Au-Ag NPs) with core-shell structure, synthesizing and silver nanoparticles-cobalt-nickel-layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide (Ag NPs-CoNi-LDH-GO), drop-coating the ethanol dispersion of Au-Ag NPs on the mold, and air-drying, drop-coating a layer of ethanol dispersion of Ag NPs-CoNi-LDH-GO, removing the mold after natural air-drying to obtain the SERS substrate, using ethanol as a solvent, preparing a series of concentrations of standard methyl sulfide and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol solutions, incubating two analyte standard solutions of a series of concentrations and detecting with the SERS substrate, selecting the Raman peak with a displacement of about 690 cm-1 as the characteristic peak of methyl sulfide, and the peak at about 1350cm-1 as the characteristic peak of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol. USE - Method for simultaneously detecting two odor substances based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to simultaneously detect two peculiar smell substances based on SERS substrate with high sensitivity.
