NOVELTY - The device has an interlayer material (200) positioned on a dielectric (100) to form a charge transfer channel. A source electrode (300) is positioned on the interlayer material and connected to an external power source. A drain electrode (400) is located on the interlayer material and connected to an external power source. The interlayer material is formed in the form of a stack of two-dimensional materials. The interlayer material is formed at a position corresponding to the source electrode. A first through hole (210) and a second through hole (220) are formed at a position corresponding to the drain electrode. The source electrode includes a first source electrode (310) in which a metal material is filled in the first through hole. A first drain electrode (410) is provided in which a metal material is filled in a second through hole. USE - Electronic device using two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The mobility of charges is increased by expanding the contact area between the interlayer material and the through hole by filling the electrode. The contact resistance, interlayer resistance between two-dimensional materials is reduced. The deterioration by thermoelectrons is suppressed through efficient charge transfer. The heat generated in the device is effectively delivered through the electrode to provide the effect of maintaining a low temperature.
