▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing niobium pentoxide/graphene oxide/vanadium sulfide composite material, comprises (a) adding a nitrogen source, a sulfur source, and a niobium source into the graphene oxide dispersion in sequence, mixing and stirring evenly, and performing a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a hydrothermal product; (b) washing the hydrothermal product, and heating to 600-700℃ in an inert atmosphere for calcination to obtain N, S doped graphene niobium pentoxide black powder; (c) adding N, S doped graphene niobium pentoxide black powder into ethanol and stirring evenly, adding the same vanadium source and sulfur source under stirring, performing a solvothermal reaction; and (d) collecting the product, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing niobium pentoxide/graphene oxide/vanadium sulfide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, easy to realize, easy control process, and wide raw material source, and low preparation cost. The niobium pentoxide/graphene oxide/vanadium sulfide composite material has good crystallization performance. The prepared product has single crystallization behavior of transition metal sulfide. The method solves the problem that the battery capacity of niobium pentaoxide is low.
