NOVELTY - Graphene has pores comprising 9C or more membered rings. USE - The graphene is used in an electrode for a secondary battery for electronic device for a vehicle (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high output, power storage function, excellent secondary battery characteristics, heat stability, cycle characteristics and high voltage charging/discharging characteristics, and is safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) (1) an electrode comprising active material particles and graphene, where the graphene has a hole constituted of a multi-membered ring having at least 9C membered rings, where the graphene covers at least a part of the surface of the active material particles; and (2) (2) a secondary battery having the electrode and an electrolyte.
