NOVELTY - Hydrophobic slurry comprises 70-80 pts. wt. fluorine-containing short-chain water repellent, 1-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. thickener and 1-12 pts. wt. graphene aqueous solution. The fluorine-containing short-chain water repellent includes a fluorine-containing water repellent having a carbon number of 6 and a fluorine-containing water repellent having a carbon number of 4. USE - Hydrophobic slurry used in polyester fabric in sunscreen products and in garments (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The slurry has good hydrophobic property for preparing polyester fabric, and has good heat conduction performance and heat radiation performance. The thickening agent enhances the viscosity of the slurry, and prevents the hydrophilic slurry from penetrating to the back of the fabric when finishing the single-sided coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a polyester fabric, which comprises a polyester base layer, and a hydrophobic layer is arranged on one side of the polyester base layer, and hydrophobic layer is prepared from the hydrophobic slurry; and 2. a method for using hydrophobic slurry on polyester fabric, which involves mixing fluorine-containing short-chain water repellent, silica, thickener and graphene aqueous solution to obtain hydrophobic slurry, and coating the hydrophobic slurry on one side of the polyester base layer and drying to obtain a polyester fabric.
