NOVELTY - Method of forming electroactive biological film, involves ultrasonically mixing a graphene oxide solution, a bivalent ferrous salt and a nitrogen-containing conductive polymer, heating, and drying to obtain a solid product, heating the solid product again in an oxygen-free atmosphere to obtain nitrogen-doped ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide, mixing the nitrogen-doped ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide and the electroactive bacteria and adsorbing the obtained biopolymer on the substrate by a magnetic field. USE - Method of forming electroactive biological film of microbial electrochemical system. ADVANTAGE - The method rapidly adsorbs a nitrogen-doped ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide/electroactive bacteria biopolymer onto a substrate by a magnetic field to obtain an electroactive biofilm. The method enables rapid formation of electroactive biofilm with excellent electrical production performance. The film formation method is convenient and simple, and does not require expensive equipment. The formation process of electric active biological film is fast, efficient, inexpensive, environmentally-friendly, simple, stable, and controllable.
