▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nanohybrid containing photocatalyst comprises ruthenium oxide nanosheet, graphene nanosheet and an optically active quantum dot. The ruthenium oxide nanosheet and the graphene nanosheet have a negative charge and are hybridized by electrostatic coupling with the positive charge of the photoactive quantum dot. USE - The photocatalyst is useful in road facilities including soundproof membrane, tunnel, guardrail, reflector, sign plate, roadway light and traffic light, filters and electrodes in optical-based devices (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst has excellent catalytic activity, stability, self-purification catalyst performance.
