NOVELTY - A piezoelectric ceramic material comprises 65-73 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 15-23 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 8-15 pts. wt. barium carbonate, 8-12 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-8 pts. wt. tetradecanol, 2-4 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-2 pts. wt. barium titanate and 1-1.2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Piezoelectric ceramic material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of piezoelectric ceramic material, which involves mixing zirconium dioxide, calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, tetradecanol, silicon carbide, barium titanate and graphene, crushing in ball mill, heating mixture at 750-810 degrees C, spray-granulating obtained product, press-forming and sintering at 1150-1200 degrees C for 2-3 hours in an inert atmosphere.
