▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorescence-enhanced graphene quantum dots, involves adding 99.9-100% acetonitrile to 0.3-0.4 mg/mL graphene quantum dot solution, ultrasonically processing for 5-10 minutes at a power factor of 60-70%, transferring to a reactor, heating to 175-185 degrees C, reacting for 11-12 hours, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of fluorescence-enhanced graphene quantum dots for photoelectric conversion applications, ion detection, and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method uses one-step hydrothermal reaction, and provides graphene quantum dots having excellent luminescence stability, high emission intensity, high quantum yield, and no fluorescence quenching in high-temperature/pressure environment.
