NOVELTY - The device has a liquid crystal layer provided with a polymer wall that is arranged on a liquid crystal. The polymer wall is made of monomer raw materials, a photo initiator and adhesive. First and second graphene transparent conductive electrode layers are provided with a display effective area and an ineffective area. A flexible circuit board is arranged in the ineffective area of the first graphene transparent conductive electrode layer. The display effective area is coated with an alignment film. An invalid area is coated with a conductive protection layer. USE - Graphene transparent conductive film based substrate flexible LCD device. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes a graphene transparent conductive electrode is connected to a liquid crystal by a polymer wall so as to improve display effect.
