▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cobaltosic oxide is prepared. Oxalate, lithium manganese oxide, nickel oxide and cobaltosic oxide are milled, mixed, calcined, cooled, insulated and cooled, to obtain lithium-manganese-nickel-cobalt oxide single crystal (I). Graphene is dispersed in ethanol solution, to obtain graphene dispersion. The lithium-manganese-nickel-cobalt oxide single crystal (I) is mixed with graphene solution, stirred, milled, centrifuged, separated, washed, dried, to obtain graphene-ternary composite electrode material. USE - Manufacture of graphene-ternary composite electrode material is used for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides cathode material having high purity and density. The lithium ion battery provided using cathode material has excellent cycling characteristics and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 70-100 g/L cobalt solution is prepared by leaching and purifying cobalt ore, 3-5 %mass cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is added, ammonium bicarbonate as precipitating agent is added and filtered, to obtain 150-200 g/L precipitant solution. The obtained product is added to reactor, reacted at 50-80 degrees C, pH is adjusted to 6-8 and stirred at 600-1000 rpm, to obtain precursor. The obtained precursor is centrifuged, dried and calcined at 450-700 degrees C, to obtain cobaltosic oxide having purity of 99.5% or more. Oxalate, lithium manganese oxide, nickel oxide and cobaltosic oxide are added to ball mill, milled at 400-500 rpm, mixed for 10-15 hours, calcined at 750-850 degrees C for 12-15 hours, cooled to 550-600 degrees C, insulated for 5-7 hours and cooled to room temperature, to obtain lithium-manganese-nickel-cobalt oxide single crystal of formula: LiMn1-x-yNixCoyO2 (I), where x is 0.33-0.4 and y is 0.15-0.2. Graphene is dispersed in ethanol solution, to obtain graphene dispersion. The lithium-manganese-nickel-cobalt oxide compound (I) single crystal is mixed with graphene solution in the molar ratio of 10:1-2, stirred ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, milled at 300-400 rpm for 2-3 hours, centrifuged, separated, washed with deionized water for 4-6 times, dried at 100-200 degrees C for 5-7 hours under vacuum, to obtain graphene-ternary composite electrode material. The molar ratio of lithium, manganese, nickel and cobalt is 1:1-x-y:x:y.
