NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane master batch involves preparing mixed solution of graphene oxide aqueous solution and aqueous polyurethane emulsion, adding quaternary ammonium salt water solution into the mixed solution, demulsifying and separating out product, washing the product, filtering and drying to obtain the polyurethane master batch. USE - Method for preparing polyurethane master batch in preparing thermoplastic polyurethane/graphene composite material by at least one device in the open mill, extruder and injection moulding machine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare non-toxic polyurethane master batch in a simple and cost-effective manner.
