NOVELTY - Device comprises either: a chamber (100) having a space for synthesizing graphene on catalyst metal, a gas supply unit (110) for supplying carbon-containing gas into chamber, a first heating unit (130) arranged on chamber for heating catalyst metal and carbon-containing gas using radiant heat, and a second heating unit (170) placed on chamber for heating catalyst metal using joule heat; or a first chamber for heating catalyst metal using radiant heat, and a second chamber for cooling catalyst metal heated through first chamber and heating catalyst metal using joule heat. USE - The device is useful for synthesizing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device produces high-quality graphene having dense structure.
