▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene-reinforced inorganic matrix composite directly from graphitic material, comprises: (a) mixing multiple particles of graphitic material and multiple particles of solid inorganic material to form mixture in impacting chamber of energy impacting apparatus; (b) operating apparatus with frequency and intensity for length of time sufficient for transferring graphene sheets from graphitic material to surfaces of solid inorganic material particles to get graphene-coated inorganic particles inside chamber; and (c) forming particles into graphene-reinforced inorganic matrix composite. USE - The method is useful for producing a graphene-reinforced inorganic matrix composite. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the modifier filler, which exhibits improved chemical, mechanical and physical (including electric, thermal, optical and/or magnetic) properties of the composite; and is strikingly simple, fast, scalable, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing a graphene-reinforced inorganic matrix composite directly from a graphitic material, comprises: (a) mixing multiple particles of the graphitic material and multiple particles of a solid inorganic material to form a mixture in an impacting chamber of an energy impacting apparatus, where the graphitic material has never been intercalated, oxidized, or exfoliated and does not include previously produced isolated graphene sheets; (b) operating the energy impacting apparatus with a frequency and an intensity for a length of time sufficient for transferring graphene sheets from the graphitic material to surfaces of the solid inorganic material particles to produce graphene-coated inorganic particles inside the impacting chamber; and (c) forming the graphene-coated inorganic particles into the graphene-reinforced inorganic matrix composite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a mass of graphene-coated or graphene-embedded inorganic particles produced by the method, where a graphene proportion is present at a concentration of 0.01-80 wt.%, based on the total weight of graphene and inorganic particles combined.
