NOVELTY - Preparing supported phosphorus-doped platinum-based catalyst includes (1) mixing the raw material containing the phosphate precursor with water to obtain the mixed solution I, (2) mixing the raw material containing the carrier with solution I to obtain solution II, (3) mixing raw material containing metal element precursor is with solution II to obtain solution III, and (4) mixing the raw material containing the reducing agent with solution III and react to obtain the supported phosphorus-doped platinum-based catalyst, the specific surface area of the carrier is 50-2000 m2/g, the metal element in the metal element precursor includes platinum element, the platinum element precursor is from chloroplatinic acid or potassium chloroplatinate. USE - The method is useful for preparing supported phosphorus-doped platinum-based catalyst, which is used in electrochemical oxidation of oxygen reduction reaction or 1-5C organic small molecule (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation, mild condition, environmentally friendly, low production cost, short time, and suitable for mass production.
