▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves fixing a mating connection component to be connected to the electrical connection component onto the electrical connection component, by making use of elastic force attributable to the elasticity. The crimping portion (12) is provided to crimp and fix a cable electrically connected to the electrical connection component. The contact point portion is provided to be electrically connected to the mating connection component. A graphene-containing carbon film is formed on the electrical connection component under heating by irradiation of laser light, on a region where the contact point portion is formed, but outside of a region where the elastic portion and the crimping portion is formed. USE - Method for manufacturing electrical connection component. ADVANTAGE - The contact reliability is improved with the mating connection component and the wear resistance is improved at the contact point portion with the mating connection component without using expensive noble metals. The degradation of elastic force in the elastic portion of the electrical connection component, or the degradation of crimping strength exerted on the cable is suppressed. Hence the area over which the carbon film is formed, is not excessively large, so that the time for manufacturing the electrical connection component, is shortened.
