▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene electrothermal film comprises (i) taking graphite powder with a purity of 90-95%, heating at 600-1200 degrees C under vacuum, for 10-16 hours, (ii) increasing the temperature to 1600-1800 degrees C, for 5-8 hours, expanding the graphite powder at high temperature, (iii) physically pressing the graphite film from graphite powder, (iv) heating the graphene film to 2200-2800 degrees C, for 8-16 hours, crystallizing the graphite powder into graphene crystals, and (v) providing the graphene film with a film circuit to form a graphene electrothermal film. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene electro thermal film.
