NOVELTY - Preparing monolayer molybdenum disulfide graphene composite nano material comprises ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cationic surfactant, stirring, adding ammonium thiomolybdate into the mixture, thoroughly stirring, continuously stirring and heating, reacting, reducing ammonium thiomolybdate and graphene oxide to molybdenum disulfide and graphene, centrifuging, collecting solid product, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying, heat treating the obtained solid product, and obtaining the monolayer molybdenum disulfide graphene composite nano material. USE - The method is useful for preparing monolayer molybdenum disulfide graphene composite nano material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing monolayer molybdenum disulfide graphene composite nano material comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in deionized water, then adding cationic surfactant, and completely stirring, where the concentration of cationic surfactant is 0.01-0.05 M, and the content of graphene oxide is 26.9-60.5 mmol/l; (ii) adding ammonium thiomolybdate into the mixture, thoroughly stirring, where the mass ratio of ammonium thiomolybdate to graphene oxide is (1:0.5)-(1:4), slowly adding hydrazine hydrate (85%), stirring, where the volume of hydrazine hydrate is X, in such a way that X/ml is equal to Y1.Z/mmol, Y1 is equal to l.24-3.74 and Z represents the amount of ammonium thiomolybdate substances and graphene oxide substances, continuously stirring and heating to 95 degrees C, reacting under continuous stirring and refluxing condition for 5-9 hours, reducing ammonium thiomolybdate and graphene oxide to molybdenum disulfide and graphene, centrifuging and collecting the solid product, completely washing with deionized water, and then vacuum drying at 100 degrees C; and (iii) heat treating the obtained solid product at 800 degrees C under nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas atmosphere for 2 hours, where the volume ratio of hydrogen in the mixed gas is 10%, and obtaining the monolayer molybdenum disulfide graphene composite nano material.
